(ONLY FOR EXPERIENCED SOLAR PROFESSIONALS, Minimum 2 YEARS solar experience REQUIRED)
We are looking for experienced Solar Sales who understand the solar industry and can close deals independently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet residential & commercial clients
• Analyze electricity bills and recommend optimal system size
• Prepare accurate solar proposals and quotations
• Conduct site visits and basic technical assessments
• Explain system design, ROI, and payback to clients
• Close deals and achieve sales targets
Requirements (MUST HAVE):
• Minimum 2 years experience in solar PV industry
• English level -intermediate or above
• Strong understanding of solar panels, inverters, battery systems
• Knowledge of Net Metering / Net Accounting (Sri Lanka)
• Ability to size solar systems and prepare quotations independently
• Experience dealing with customers and closing sales
Sales Skills:
• Confident communication
• Strong negotiation skills
• Target-driven mindset
Preferred:
• Electrical / Engineering background
• Experience in EPC or solar company
