ใ~ใ Partly qualification in Sales / Marketing
ใ~ใ More than 1 year experience in sales & marketing in the solar or renewable energy industry
ใ~ใ Strong understanding of solar PV systems, net metering/off-grid systems, and EPC sales cycles
ใ~ใ Age below 35 years
ใ~ใ Good communication skills in English and Sinhala (both oral and written)
ใ~ใ Strong team player with ability to deal with multiple stakeholders

ใ~ใ Improve sales processes, tools, and methodologies for efficiency
ใ~ใ Build detailed sales plans with clear quota breakdowns
ใ~ใ Closely align with customer needs to support upsell & cross-sell growth
