We are currently hiring for Sales Executive roles at our Colombo showroom.
Position: Sales Executive
Location: Projector.lk Showroom – Colombo
Reports to: Sales Manager
Role Overview: The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging walk-in customers, managing phone inquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service. We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and driven by results. As part of a fast-paced and customer-focused team, you’ll have opportunities to learn, grow, and advance in your career.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend to walk-in customers and phone inquiries, providing expert advice on projector models and related products.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and relationship building.
Deliver excellent customer service with a proactive approach to solving customer needs and queries.
Maintain product knowledge and keep updated on new models and technologies.
Support the team in showroom display management and stock organization.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and introduce new sales approaches.
Qualifications & Skills:
Prior experience in sales, preferably in electronics or tech products.
Minimum GCE O/L qualification.
Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil.
Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work under deadlines.
Proficiency in basic computer skills.
