Responsibilities:
- Drive retail & B2B sales (in-store, phone, WhatsApp, socials).
- Own client queries, follow-ups, and post-sale care.
- Build relationships with clubs, schools, and event partners.
- Support tournament booths: demos, cross/upsell, POS.
- Keep product info/promos updated; track leads & weekly KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Fluent English (spoken/written); Sinhala/Tamil a plus.
- 0–2 years in sales, customer service, or retail (sports a bonus).
- Confident communicator; target-driven and organized.
- Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, IG/FB, POS, and Excel/Sheets.
- Available weekends for events/tournaments.
