Position: Sales Executive
Location: Kiosk / Retail Outlet
Reports To: Store Manager / Business Owner
Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to manage daily sales operations at our kiosk. The ideal candidate should be confident in approaching customers, explaining products, closing sales, and maintaining an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and assist customers visiting the kiosk.
* Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
* Explain product features, pricing, and promotions.
* Convert walk-in inquiries into sales.
* Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
* Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the kiosk.
* Monitor stock levels and report low inventory.
* Record daily sales and customer inquiries.
* Follow up with potential customers when required.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
* Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Presentable, friendly, and professional demeanor.
* Basic knowledge of social media and WhatsApp communication is an advantage.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

* Monthly sales target achievement.
* Conversion rate of walk-in customers.
* Number of customer leads collected.
* Customer satisfaction and service quality.
* Accuracy in cash handling and inventory management.
Salary: Basic Salary + Sales Commission + Performance Incentives.
