Hydrion Technologies is looking for a confident, energetic, and target-driven Sales Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to build relationships with customers while promoting Hydrion’s waterproofing and heatproofing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries professionally via calls, WhatsApp, and social media
Coordinate and schedule site visits with potential clients
Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships
Explain Hydrion products and services clearly to customers
Work closely with the operations and sales team to achieve targets
Maintain accurate customer records and sales updates
Support marketing and promotional activities when required
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in Sinhala and basic English (Tamil is an added advantage)
Previous experience in sales/customer service is preferred
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer and smartphone literacy
