💼 Sales Assistant – Dinapala Group
📍 Location: No.20/3, New Digana Road, Kundasale (or any assigned branch based on operational requirements)
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of electrical, electronic, household appliances, and power tools offered by the Dinapala Group.
💠 Key Responsibilities:
⭐Promote and sell Dinapala Group products to walk-in and potential customers.
⭐Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries, purchases, and returns.
⭐Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, usage, and benefits effectively.
⭐Assist in setting up and managing in-store promotional displays and sales events.
⭐Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
⭐Support Group Sales team as needed. Support Group Sales operations by helping with preparations, deliveries, and other assigned duties.
⭐Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth after-sales service and customer satisfaction.
⭐Work at any assigned Dinapala branch depending on operational needs.
⭐Label and display products by pasting accurate price tags on each item before placing them on the showroom
✅ Candidate Requirements:
⭐Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
⭐Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
⭐Passionate about sales, marketing, and achieving targets.
⭐Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
⭐Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
