WE ARE HIRING – SALES ASSISTANT
A well-established automotive spare parts company is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Assistant to join our team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
01.G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L)
02.Minimum 1-2 years of experience in automotive spare parts sales
03.Good knowledge of vehicle spare parts and accessories
04.Ability to identify spare parts using catalogues, EPC systems, or part numbers
05.Good communication and customer service skills
06.Computer literacy (ERP knowledge will be an added advantage)
07.Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
08.Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
09.Fluency in Sinhala,English language skills will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
01.Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct spare parts
02.Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders
03.Handle customer inquiries and maintain customer relationships
04.Follow up on sales leads and customer requests
05.Support inventory control and stock management activities
06.Coordinate with the warehouse and purchasing departments when required
Salary & Benefits:
