✅ Key Responsibilities:
• Follow up on inbound leads and potential solar customers
• Coordinate with technical team to prepare quotations & proposals
• Maintain and update customer data in CRM system
• Arrange site visits and support customers throughout the sales process
• Assist the sales team in achieving monthly targets
✅ Requirements:
• 1–2 years experience in sales / telesales / customer handling preferred
• Diploma in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Email, CRM – Bitrix preferred)
• Good communication skills in Sinhala & English (Tamil is a plus)
• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
