Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and energetic Sales Assistant to support daily sales operations and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to assist customers while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in a professional manner
Promote and sell company products or services
Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
Maintain showroom/store cleanliness and product displays
Handle billing, payments, and cash transactions
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets
Follow up with customers when required
Prepare daily sales reports
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge is an advantage
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong customer service skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous sales experience is an advantage but not required
