ใ~ใโช Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
ใ~ใโช Proficiency in Agile development practices and project management tools.
ใ~ใโช Solid understanding of business process automation, IT infrastructure, and system integration.
ใ~ใโช Ability to work according to standard US hours and calendar.

ใ~ใโช Establish and manage defect tracking and support systems for RPA automation and other software development projects.
ใ~ใโช Utilize Agile methodologies to manage sprints, backlogs, scrums, and Kanban boards for effective workflow tracking.
ใ~ใโช Monitor project progress to ensure on-time, within-budget completion of all development tasks.
ใ~ใโช Foster cross-functional communication and ensure efficient collaboration across development teams.
ใ~ใโช Proactively manage risks, resolve challenges, and maintain accountability for project milestones and deliverables.
