Retail Supervisor (Male)

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Retail Supervisor to oversee daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing staff, maintaining stock levels, and driving sales performance while ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the outlet.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate daily activities of retail staff

3. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

4. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stores for replenishment

5. Maintain proper product displays and store appearance

6. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally

7. Assist in achieving sales targets and improving store performance

8. Prepare daily sales and stock reports

9. Train and guide junior staff

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in retail supervision or a similar role

2. Strong leadership and communication skills

3. Good understanding of inventory management

4. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

5. Basic computer knowledge

6. Minimum qualification: G.C.E. O/L
