4-5 years managerial experience in top brands (e.g., Hilton, Cinnamon)

Willingness to work under the Cambodia Restaurant Manager

Strong F&B operations, inventory control, and English fluency

Excellent leadership, strong communication, and thrives under pressure

Manage daily F&B service, quality, and hygiene

Lead, mentor, and communicate with floor staff

Support and report to the Cambodia Restaurant Manager

Enforce brand, safety, and operational standards

Address feedback and resolve guest issues promptly

Control inventory, wastage, and operational expenses
