BOHO Negombo is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our growing team.

We are offering a generous salary depending on your experience, performance, and management skills. This is a long-term opportunity with one of the highest service charge systems in the Negombo beach strip tourist area.

We are looking for someone reliable, professional, and strong enough to manage a team of around 40 staff members while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing daily restaurant operations

• Training and supervising staff

• Maintaining high service standards

• Handling customers professionally

• Leading and motivating the team

• Monitoring staff performance and discipline
