Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of both food stalls to ensure smooth service
- Manage and supervise staff, including scheduling and training
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service
- Handle inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role
- Experience in fast food chain restaurants is highly preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
