Restaurant Manager
CANTARA Family Restaurant is seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to help build and grow our restaurant. This is a leadership role for someone who can develop a strong team, improve operations, and contribute to the long-term success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff
✅ Lead and motivate the team to maintain high service standards
✅ Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow
✅ Implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability
✅ Identify business opportunities and recommend improvements to management
✅ Monitor customer satisfaction and take corrective actions when necessary
✅ Ensure food quality, hygiene, and service standards are consistently maintained
✅ Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance
✅ Support senior management with new ideas, industry insights, and operational improvements
✅ Build a positive and productive workplace culture
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
✔ Proven experience in staff recruitment, training, and team development
✔ Strong leadership and people management skills
✔ Good understanding of restaurant operations and customer service
✔ Ability to analyze sales performance and implement growth strategies
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
✔ Experience in multi-cuisine restaurants will be an added advantage
