Dragon’s Den is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations
Manage staff performance and scheduling
Ensure excellent customer service
Monitor sales, costs, and inventory
Maintain hygiene and quality standards
Requirements:
Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure, including weekends and busy shifts
Good knowledge of restaurant operations and staff supervision
