RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of Coffee, food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and care.
REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience in restaurant/Café/Hotel management or a similar role more than 2 years.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations,
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passion for Coffee, hospitality, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
