We are looking for a hardworking, energetic, and experienced Kitchen Helper to join our fast-paced commercial kitchen team.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience working in a commercial kitchen.
* Must be familiar with commercial kitchen operations, food preparation, cleaning, and hygiene standards.
* Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and cleanliness.
* Good understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
* Physically fit and able to stand for long hours and lift kitchen supplies when required.
* Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to take instructions.
* Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays if needed.
Responsibilities:
* Assist chefs with food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
* Wash, clean, and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen.
* Receive, store, and organize stock and ingredients.
* Support smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.
* Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
