WE ARE HIRING – CHEF
We are seeking a skilled, dedicated, and experienced Chef to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about cooking and capable of preparing high-quality Sri Lankan, Indian, and English cuisine while maintaining excellent kitchen standards.
Job Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook Sri Lankan, Indian, and English food items
* Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards are maintained
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
* Monitor food stock and assist in inventory management
* Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy hours
* Follow food safety and health regulations at all times
Requirements:
* Prior experience as a Chef or Cook is essential (minimum 1 year)
* Good knowledge of Sri Lankan, Indian, and English dishes
* Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
* Responsible, disciplined, and hardworking
* Good communication and teamwork skills
Salary & Benefits:
* Salary: LKR 75,000 – 100,000 (depending on experience and performance)
* 4 days leave per month (except weekends & public holidays)
* Free meals and accommodation will be provided
* EPF & ETF benefits upon permanent employment
