Vedic Glow Panchakarma & Wellness Resort | Avissawella
Vedic Glow Panchakarma & Wellness Resort is a boutique Ayurvedic wellness resort located in the tranquil surroundings of Avissawella. As we prepare for our opening, we are looking for an experienced and energetic Resort Operations Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort.
*Supervise and coordinate Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance and wellness operations.
*Ensure high standards of guest service, cleanliness and hospitality.
*Coordinate guest schedules with Ayurvedic doctors and therapists.
*Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
*Manage staff duties, attendance and performance.
*Monitor inventory, supplies and operational requirements.
*Ensure resort SOPs, safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
Requirements:
*Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality or a related field.
*Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel/resort operations.
*Previous supervisory or management experience.
*Excellent communication and leadership skills.
*Good command of English.
*Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
*Experience in an Ayurvedic/wellness resort or hotel pre-opening will be an added advantage.
*A hands-on, guest-focused and responsible attitude is essential.

Reports to: General Manager
