💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :

Bachelor's Degree / Higher National Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunication, or relevant Engineering field

Minimum 2 years of experience in fiber optic or telecommunication projects

Knowledge of fiber optic technology, ODN design, and FTTH/FTTX deployment

Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Willingness to travel to project sites when required

Self-motivated, result-driven individual with a proven track record

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐬 :

Plan, manage, and oversee the implementation of SLT and Dialog projects within the assigned region

Take full ownership of regional project execution and ensure the successful achievement of committed monthly revenue and invoicing targets

Coordinate and resolve day-to-day operational issues to minimize delays and improve productivity

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to achieve project milestones

Manage regional project costs and carry out operations within approved budget limits

Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely completion of project activities

Arrange and facilitate technical and safety training programs to enhance the competency and productivity of field staff

Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction throughout project execution
