*📌 REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER*

🟢A leadership role for highly motivated professionals to drive growth, build strong teams and develop long-lasting relationships.

🔑 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

🔮Develop and expand business operations within the assigned region.

🔮Lead, motivate and manage Branch Managers and Sales Teams.

🔮Build strong relationships with investors and corporate clients.

🔮Achieve regional sales and growth targets.

🔮Conduct presentations and investment awareness programs.

🔮Monitor team performance and ensure high customer satisfaction.

🔮Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

✅ REQUIREMENTS

💠Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales, Business Development or Regional Management.

💠 experience in Insurance industry will be an added advantage

💠Strong leadership and communication skills.

💠Ability to manage and motivate a team.

💠Target-driven with excellent negotiation skills.

💠Valid driving licence and willingness to travel.

💠Experience in plantations, banking, finance, insurance or investment sectors is an added advantage.
