Recovery Officer (Loan)

TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED

You shall serve a s a Leader and report directly t o the Management / Authorized Officers of the

Company.

Your duties shall include but not be limited to:

• Customer acquisition and relationship management.

• Loan application processing and field verification.

• Preparation and maintenance of loan documentation.

• Recovery and collection o f installments.

• Monitoring overdue accounts and arrears follow-ups.

• Daily reporting o f field collections and customer visits.

• Ensuring compliance with company procedures and financial discipline.

• Safeguarding company records, cash collections, and confidential information.

• Any other duties assigned by the Management in the interest of the Company.
