【~】✪ Reporting & Insights: Provide regular updates to the Manager – Finance and prepare data-driven reports on recovery trends and operational success rates.

【~】✪ Process Optimization: Analyze delinquent accounts to identify risk patterns, propose preventive credit control measures, and collaborate with Sales and Finance to align account management.
