ใ~ใโช Documentation & Tracking: Maintain accurate logs of all recovery actions, agreements, and an up-to-date database tracking legal case progress.
ใ~ใโช Reporting & Insights: Provide regular updates to the Manager โ Finance and prepare data-driven reports on recovery trends and operational success rates.
ใ~ใโช Process Optimization: Analyze delinquent accounts to identify risk patterns, propose preventive credit control measures, and collaborate with Sales and Finance to align account management.
