Recover Officer – Visit Matara to Colombo area

Job Role:
- Follow up on delinquent accounts through phone calls and personal visits
with the sales executive.
- Negotiating payment plans, settlements, and restructuring options with
customers to recover outstanding amounts.
- Conducting field visits (often using a personal vehicle) to trace customers
and assess their repayment capability.
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of all customer communications
and collection progress.
- Coordinating with legal or finance teams to initiate legal proceedings for
complex, long-overdue accounts.
- Preparing regular reports on the status of recovery activities for
management review.
Requirements:
- Passed G.C.E A/L.
- Age between 20-40 years.
- Valid Driving license
- Good communication and team management abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving Skill.
- Strong leadership skill.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining ethical
standards and professionalism
