ใ~ใโช Minimum 03 passes at the GCE A/L examination
ใ~ใโช Any related degree or professional qualification
ใ~ใโช Computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office packages
ใ~ใโช Minimum 01 to 02 years of related experience
ใ~ใโช Good communication skills in English and Sinhala
ใ~ใโช Experience in a courier company or last-mile delivery will be an added advantage
๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ :
ใ~ใโช Closely follow up with customers on debt recoveries
ใ~ใโช Prepare the recovery related reports required for management decision making purposes
ใ~ใโช Keep tracking outstanding debts
ใ~ใโช Plan the course of action for recoveries
ใ~ใโช Update account status and database regularly
ใ~ใโช Maintain good relationships with customers
