*💢Vacancy – Receptionist / Maintenance (Shift Basis)*
🟥SkyCasa Holiday Apartments is looking for an experienced *MALE* candidate to join our team in a combined Receptionist & Maintenance role.
📍 Location: SkyCasa Holiday Apartments, Mount Lavinia (near Hotel Road)
🕐 Working Hours: 12-hour night shifts
👤 Age: Below 50 years
🏍️ Preferred: Candidates with their own motorcycle for daily travel to and from work
*✅Essential Experience & Requirements*
The ideal candidate must have previous experience in the holiday apartment, serviced apartment, or short-term rental industry, specifically handling:
👉Short-term apartment rentals for both foreign and local guests
👉Guest inquiries and reservations
👉Guest check-ins and check-outs
👉Guest communication and basic customer service
👉Handling day-to-day operations of holiday/serviced apartments
*♦️Maintenance Experience – Essential*
The candidate must also have practical experience in:
👉Apartment/building maintenance
👉Identifying and attending to minor repairs independently
👉Basic troubleshooting and general maintenance work
*☑️Additional Requirements:*
👉Fluent in English, both spoken and written
👉Good computer literacy
👉Knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage
👉Must be reliable, responsible, and capable of working independently during night shifts
👉Staff accommodation is not provided
👉Outstation candidates are not required

This position is specifically for candidates with relevant experience in the holiday apartment, serviced apartment, hotel apartment, or short-term rental industry.
⭕Candidates whose previous work experience is not in the apartment/hotel rental field should not apply.
🔶Restaurant or F&B experience is NOT required, as SkyCasa Holiday Apartments does not operate a restaurant or bar.
