We are looking for a pleasant and well-organized female Receptionist to manage front desk and back-office operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a receptionist or front office role in the hotel industry and be able to work in Kandy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors in a polite and professional manner

• Handle incoming calls and direct them to the relevant departments

• Manage front desk operations, including room reservations

• Receive and distribute letters, documents, and parcels

• Support basic administrative and office tasks as required

Requirements:

• Female candidate

• Minimum one year of experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Officer

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
