Receptionist

About Us:

Kiyo is a premium nail salon in Colombo 7 committed to providing exceptional service and a luxurious experience. We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to manage client interactions, appointments, and transactions efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients warmly upon arrival.

• Manage appointments, bookings, and cancellations efficiently.

• Answer phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries professionally.

• Maintain client records and ensure the reception area is tidy and organized.

• Handle register operations and process payments accurately using POS systems.

• Issue invoices and maintain daily sales records.

• Assist with basic administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a receptionist or front-desk staff is preferred.

• Experience handling POS systems and cash register operations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Basic computer skills.

• Ability to work in the weekends.

• Fluency in English.

• Must be Colombo-based and flexible.
