Hotel East Lagoon is looking for a motivated and energetic Male / Female Receptionist to join our team.
Receptionist – Requirements
1.Male / Female candidates
2.Age between 20 – 35 years
3.Must have at least G.C.E. A/L qualification
4.Professional appearance and pleasant personality
5.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / hotel system preferred)
6.Minimum 1 year experience as a Receptionist (hotel experience preferred)
7.Good communication skills
8.Ability to handle:
- Guest check-in & check-out
- Reservations
- Phone calls and inquiries
9.Fluent in English, Tamil and Sinhala
10.Must be able to work night shifts and rotating shifts
