Quantity Surveyor (QS) – Steel Structures & Building Systems
We are looking for a qualified and motivated Quantity Surveyor (QS) with at least 5 years of experience in construction projects, particularly in steel structures and pre-engineered steel building systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
Quantity take-offs from drawings
Cost estimation, budgeting, and tender preparation
Preparation of material schedules and procurement quantities
Valuation of work completed, progress claims, and variations
Cost control and project cost monitoring
Coordination with engineers, consultants, and project teams
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Sound knowledge of structural steel and steel building systems
Ability to read structural and architectural drawings
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity estimating software
Good communication and organizational skills
