Good English and Sinhala communication skills.

ใ~ใโช Proficient in MEP quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and project budgeting.

ใ~ใโช Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Preparing and managing project budgets, cost estimates, and bills of quantities.
Monitoring project costs and ensuring adherence to financial targets.
Evaluating and negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
Conducting site visits to assess progress and verify measurements.
