Quantity Surveyor

We are an international construction company actively operating in New York City, and we are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor (Building) for immediate hire.

Position Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (USA Time)

Work Mode: Fully Remote

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying (building construction)

Strong experience in preparing detailed material take-offs

Ability to analyze architectural drawings accurately

Proficient in Excel and MS Word

Hands-on experience with estimation software such as:

PlanSwift

Bluebeam

or similar tools

Experience in writing proposals and cost estimates

Good communication skills and project management knowledge
