01. Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management.
02. Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or a related construction field.
03. Knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, costing, and estimating.
04 Experience in preparing quotations, payment certificates, variations, and material cost estimates.
05 Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
06 Good knowledge of Excel, AutoCAD, and relevant QS software.
07. Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
08. Ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, architects, and site teams.
09. Willingness to visit and monitor construction sites when required.
10. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
