Quality Controller Assistance (Female Only)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspect raw materials, in-process items, and finished products.

• Maintain quality control records and documentation.

• Conduct quality tests and measurements.

• Ensure products meet company and customer quality standards.

• Identify and report defects or quality issues.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Support the Quality Control team in daily quality activities.

• Follow company quality procedures and safety requirements.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• GCE A/L qualification – Technical stream will be an advantage.

• Diploma or Certificate in Quality Control / Quality Assurance will be an added advantage.

• Basic knowledge of quality inspection and control.

• Knowledge of ISO and SLS Standards.

• Good communication skills in Sinhala / Tamil and basic English.

• Computer literacy – MS Office.

• Ability to work as part of a team.

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

• Age below 35 years.
