galvanized steel purlin is manufactured to provide lightweight and economical roof and wall cladding supports for framed structures in Hi - tensile Galvanized (GI) and Black Iron (BI) for structural applications.

purlin are available in lengths upto 10 meters. Customized lengths are available on request

H-tensile Galvanized Steel Purlin - Product Specifications:

Minimum yield strength: 450 MPa

Average zinc coating mass: 275 gms / m2

Material thickness range (mm): 1.5, 1.6, 1.8, 1.9, 2.0, 2.3, 3.0

‘C’ sections are normally used for simple span construction with the purlin butted at internal supports

“Z” purlin

The `Z’ sections comprising one broad and one narrow flange are designed to fit neatly and are lapped at an internal support.

Hole Punching

purlin can be supplied in either pre-punched or un-punched form as per the requirements of the customer. Pre-punching is available with either 18 mm x 22 mm elongated holes or 18 mm round holes intended for use with M16 bolts.
