【~】✪ GCE (A/L) and Degree/Diploma in Warehousing & Logistics or Similar

【~】✪ Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in purchasing or logistics

【~】✪ Solid understanding of purchasing and logistics principles

【~】✪ Strong communication and negotiation skills

【~】✪ Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

【~】✪ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)

【~】✪ ERP knowledge and experience with QuickBooks is an advantage

【~】✪ Liaise with suppliers and find new suppliers

【~】✪ Maintain MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) and reorder process

【~】✪ Prepare and submit reports to Management

【~】✪ Assist Store Keeper in achieving zero variance and errors

【~】✪ Ensure efficient procurement processes using QuickBooks

【~】✪ Manage inventory and coordinate with the logistics team
