PURCHASING CO-ORDINATOR
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator to manage and streamline
daily procurement tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating supplier deliveries, maintaining
records, managing communications, and ensuring purchase orders are accurately processed and tracked.
This position plays a critical role in the supply chain and reports directly to the Senior Management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track and follow up on daily supplier deliveries and update ERP systems
• Submit daily delivery reports and updates to the Snr. Management by
scheduled times
• Monitor supplier performance (PO vs GRN, quantity tracking)
• Schedule and confirm supplier sample appointments in advance
• Prepare and log daily work plans and maintain procurement records
• Maintain and update WIP, sample order, and re-order books
• Coordinate with warehouse on transfer quantities, verify variances,
and ensure records are current.
• Handle all supplier communication and maintain detailed
communication logs.
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with ERP systems and purchasing processes
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Previous procurement or supply chain experience preferred
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a procurement or supply chain role
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office and purchasing software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
