Job Role
• Track and follow up on supplier deliveries and update ERP systems.
• Schedule and coordinate sample appointments with suppliers.
• Prepare and submit daily delivery and stock reports to management.
• Verify and hand over accurate purchase orders with supporting documents.
• Maintain procurement records: WIP logs, sample orders, and re-orders.
• Monitor warehouse transfers and resolve quantity discrepancies.
• Maintain professional communication with suppliers and internal teams.
Qualifications
• Passed A/L
• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field. (Added advantage)
• 1 year of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain coordination.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work underpressure to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
