Key Responsibilities:
▪ Inspect and monitor properties to ensure they are well maintained
▪ Coordinate with property owners, tenants, and service providers
▪ Handle maintenance issues such as AC repairs, plumbing, and other services – contact the service providers and follow up until resolved
▪ Meet property owners and potential clients
▪ Prepare and maintain property documentation and reports
▪ Manage office administration tasks and maintain records
▪ Perform minor office works, such as inventory management
▪ Assist with marketing and updating property advertisements
▪ Support office tasks when required
▪ Communicate effectively in English (mandatory)
▪ Sinhala & Tamil are an advantage
▪ The company will provide training regardless of prior experience
