🎓 Qualifications

- NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or a related technical field is preferred.

- 2–4 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

- Good technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

🔧 Production Technician – වත්තල 🔧

වත්තල පිහිටි ප්‍රමුඛ පෙළේ කර්මාන්තශාලාවක් සඳහා, නිෂ්පාදන යන්ත්‍රෝපකරණ නඩත්තු කිරීම සහ අලුත්වැඩියා කටයුතු (Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance) වෙනුවෙන් Production Technician වරුන් වහාම අවශ්‍යයි.

🎯 ප්‍රධාන වගකීම්:

- දෝෂ හඳුනාගැනීම: යන්ත්‍රෝපකරණවල Mechanical, Hydraulic සහ Pneumatic දෝෂ හඳුනාගෙන නිසි ලෙස අලුත්වැඩියා කිරීම.

- යන්ත්‍ර නඩත්තුව: හයිඩ්‍රොලික් ප්‍රෙස් පද්ධති (Hydraulic Press Systems), ස්ක්‍රූ ලෝඩර් (Screw Loaders), කොන්වේයර් (Conveyors) ඇතුළු අදාළ උපකරණ නඩත්තු කිරීම.

- තාක්ෂණික කටයුතු: අවශ්‍යතාවය පරිදි Welding, Fabrication සහ යන්ත්‍රෝපකරණ සංශෝධන (Modifications) සිදු කිරීම.

- කාර්යක්ෂමතාව: යන්ත්‍රෝපකරණ බිඳවැටීම් අවම කරමින් උපරිම ධාරිතාවයෙන් ක්‍රියාත්මක කිරීම සහතික කිරීම.

- වාර්තා පවත්වාගැනීම: නියමිත කාලසටහනට අනුව Routine Inspections සිදු කිරීම සහ නඩත්තු වාර්තා නිවැරදිව පවත්වාගෙන යාම.

- ආරක්ෂාව: සේවා ස්ථාන ආරක්ෂණ ක්‍රියාපටිපාටි (Safety Procedures) අනුගමනය කිරීම සහ අඛණ්ඩ වැඩිදියුණු කිරීමේ කටයුතු සඳහා දායක වීම.
