【~】✪ Education: A/L passed (Maths/Science streams preferred)

【~】✪ Experience: 3–5 years in manufacturing (FMCG preferred)

【~】✪ Age: Below 30 years

【~】✪ MS Excel proficiency

【~】✪ Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, TPM (added advantage)

【~】✪ ERP system familiarity

【~】✪ Production planning & scheduling basics

【~】✪ KPI interpretation & analysis

【~】✪ Experience with QMS

【~】✪ Understanding of Health, Safety & Compliance protocols

【~】✪ Leadership & team management

【~】✪ Problem-solving & troubleshooting

【~】✪ Effective communication (Tamil speaking is an added advantage)
