Are you passionate about production planning, demand forecasting, and supply chain operations?
We're looking for a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented Planning Executive to join our team.
โจ # ๐ Qualifications :
โ Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer insights to prepare accurate demand forecasts
โ Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resources
โ Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock
โ Collaborate with sales, marketing, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth planning and execution
โ Analyze planning data, identify gaps between forecast and actual demand, and recommend corrective actions
โ Prepare regular reports on demand forecasts, production schedules, and inventory performance
โ Ensure all planning activities comply with company policies and industry standards
๐ฏ # ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ :
๐น Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
๐น Minimum 2 year of experience in demand planning, production planning, or supply chain management in a manufacturing environment
๐น Knowledge of planning software, ERP (SAP), and advanced Microsoft Excel will be an added advantage
๐น Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
๐น Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
