Aura RGB Underglow strip: The bottom RGB light strip currently isn’t illuminating. When the laptop was last sent in for a routine thermal maintenance service, the technician missed plugging the small aura ribbon cable back into the motherboard slot. A quick opening during your next routine dust-clean or service will easily fix this.
