Plantation Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Plantation Supervisor to join our team.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Agriculture or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in plantation or agricultural operations.

• Ability to supervise plantation workers and manage daily field activities.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to maintain plantation records and prepare basic reports.

• Valid riding or driving licence will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily plantation activities.

• Ensure proper maintenance of crops and plantation facilities.

• Manage and motivate field staff to achieve productivity targets.

• Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with company procedures.
