1. Equipment Description
The Lessor will rent the following photocopy machine to the Lessee:
• Model: Kyocera M3550idn
• Description: Kyocera A4 M3550idn black and white photocopy machine
2. Rental Fee
• Minimum Monthly Fee: Rs. 10,500 which covers up to 6,000 copies at a rate of Rs. 1.75 per copy.
• Additional Copies: Any copies over 6,000 will cost Rs. 1.75 each.
Payments are due monthly
3. Security Deposit
A security deposit of Rs. 50,000 is required. This will be refunded upon return of the equipment in good condition, minus any deductions for damages or unpaid fees.
