Dammika Motor Traders (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a highly organized and motivated **Personal Assistant to the Director** to support the Director in day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks. ## Key Responsibilities
* Manage the Director's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
* Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
* Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
* Maintain confidential files and company records.
* Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
* Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
* Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
## Requirements
* G.C.E. Ordinary Level (Local or International) qualification is sufficient.
* School leavers are encouraged to apply.
* Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
