♦️As we continue to grow and modernize, we are looking for a highly capable and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our bakery and Cafe operations.
▶️Key Responsibilities :-
• Oversee full operations of the bakery and cafe outlet
• Manage and supervise all staff (kitchen, service, and support teams)
• Plan and coordinate daily production and sales activities
• Maintain product quality, hygiene, and service standards
• Handle stock control, purchasing, and supplier coordination
• Monitor sales, expenses, and overall business performance
• Ensure proper cash handling and reporting
• Implement systems to improve efficiency and reduce wastage
✅Requirements :-
• Proven experience in a managerial role (bakery, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good understanding of food production and service operations
• Ability to handle pressure and solve problems independently
• Basic financial and stock management knowledge
