Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Manage daily operations of the service center and authorized service dealers.
✔️ Oversee vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and technical support.
✔️ Lead, train, and supervise service technicians to ensure service excellence.
✔️ Coordinate with customers, service dealers, and internal teams on after-sales operations.
✔️ Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvements.
✔️ Ensure compliance with company policies and manufacturer standards.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
✔️ Diploma or recognized certification in Automobile Technology. Knowledge of automotive electrical systems will be a distinct advantage.
✔️ 3–5 years of experience in automobile after-sales service (two-wheeler industry preferred).
✔️ Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair procedures.
✔️ Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostic equipment and tools.
✔️ Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams and service operations.
✔️ Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
